Programme Structure

The first semester lays the groundwork with core courses such as Organizational Behavior, Financial Accounting, and Business Communication. This foundational phase equips students with essential management skills and theoretical knowledge, setting the stage for deeper exploration of business concepts in subsequent semesters.

In the second semester, students delve into Marketing, Financial, and Operations Management. These courses build on the basics, focusing on strategic market analysis, financial planning, and optimizing business operations to enhance managerial effectiveness.
